Job summary

Allegis Group Services, Inc. is hiring a Program Specialist (MSP) to support semiconductor clients and shape the future of work.

The role partners with Hiring Managers across the contingent workforce lifecycle, manages requisitions and supplier engagement, and drives hiring delivery for semiconductor and engineering roles. Applicants should have 3-5 years in MSP/recruitment and hands-on experience with Beeline, Fieldglass, or similar VMS platforms, all within a fast-paced, high-volume

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in MSP, recruitment, staffing, workforce management, or talent acquisition.
• Experience supporting semiconductor, engineering, or technology-focused hiring programs preferred.
• Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Hands-on experience with Beeline, Fieldglass, or other VMS platforms is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

What You ll Do
