Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Aligned with customer support to manage and resolve customer queries, escalations, and complaints within SLA.
• Close faults and complaints within SLA.
• Experience in end-to-end project delivery from initiation to completion is preferred.
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc management reports and analyses.
• Track business performance using trusted data and insights while guiding employee behavior.

• You will be aligned with our Customer Support vertical and help us in managing resolving customers query, handling escalations and complaints of the dissatisfied customers & giving best resolutions.
• You will also be responsible for closing the fault and complaints within SLA s.
• Candidate who has managed end to end project delivery starting from project initiation till completion are looked at for this skill
• Prepare management reports and analysis, both recurring and ad-hoc.
• It focuses on tracking business performance through trusted data and insights while actively managing employee behaviors.

• In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems.
• Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors.
