Job summary

Accenture in Mumbai is seeking a Program & Project Management Analyst to support reporting analytics within the Customer Support vertical. You will manage end-to-end project delivery, prepare management reports, and analyze performance data to drive improvements.

The role requires 3 to 5 years of experience, graduation, and a keen eye for detail. You will work in rotating shifts as needed and collaborate with peers across the organization.

Qualifications

• Graduation required.
• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Strong reporting and analytics mindset.
• Experience with customer support workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• You will be aligned with customer support and help resolve queries, handle escalations and complaints within SLAs.
• You will close faults and complaints with timely resolutions.
• Candidate who has managed end-to-end project delivery from initiation to completion is preferred.
• Prepare management reports and both recurring and ad-hoc analyses.
• Track business performance through data insights while supporting process improvements.

What would you do?

• You will be aligned with our Customer Support vertical and help us in managing resolving customers query, handling escalations and complaints of the dissatisfied customers & giving best resolutions.
• You will also be responsible for closing the fault and complaints within SLA s.
• Candidate who has managed end to end project delivery starting from project initiation till completion are looked at for this skill
• Prepare management reports and analysis, both recurring and ad-hoc.
• It focuses on tracking business performance through trusted data and insights while actively managing employee behaviors.
