Job summary

Novac Technology Solutions is seeking a Program/Project Management Lead in Navi Mumbai with 10+ years of experience in PM. The role involves end-to-end project lifecycles, detailed planning, and cross-functional coordination across Insurance and Lending portfolios.

You will liaise with CPO/leadership, manage governance, track risks and ensure compliance with IRDAI/RBI norms, while driving transformation across digital platforms.

Job Title: Program/ Project Management Lead

Program & Project Management Manage

• End-to-end lifecycle of multiple projects (initiation to closure).
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across cross-functional teams.
• Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, scope, and quality standards.

Strategic Execution & Alignment Translate

• Product vision and strategy defined by the CPO into actionable project plans.
• Ensure alignment of all projects with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and market priorities.
• Support prioritization of product roadmap initiatives across Insurance and Lending portfolios.

Stakeholder Management Act

• As a liaison between the CPO, business teams, technology teams, and external partners.
• Conduct regular governance meetings, steering committees, and status reviews.
• Provide periodic updates to senior leadership on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Initiatives related to: Policy administration systems (Life & General Insurance)
• Claims management and underwriting workflows
• Loan origination systems (LOS) and loan management systems (LMS)
• Ensure solutions comply with regulatory frameworks (e.g., IRDAI guidelines, RBI norms).

Risk & Compliance Management Identify

• Project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure all deliverables meet internal audit, compliance, and governance standards.
• Maintain documentation for audit trails and regulatory reviews.
• Closely with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility and scalability.
• Facilitate requirement gathering, BRD/PRD preparation, and change management.
• Ensure Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies are effectively implemented.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting Define

• Track KPIs, SLAs, and success metrics for all projects.
• Prepare dashboards and MIS reports for the CPO and executive leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on performance insights.

Change & Transformation Management Support

• Digital transformation initiatives across Insurance and Lending platforms.
• Drive adoption of new systems, processes, and tools within the organization.
• Ensure smooth change management and user adoption.
• Cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and Business Units.

Preferred Qualifications
