Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Program Management, Category Management, Procurement, Operations or related functions.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly execution-oriented environment.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive projects from 0 → 1 and 1 → N.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with BI/data tools is a plus.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly execution-oriented Program Manager – Supply Chain who can manage complex cross-functional programs involving new product/category launches, vendor onboarding, supply planning, procurement, operations and commercial teams.

The person will work closely with Category, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Product, Finance and Business teams to ensure programs are delivered within defined timelines, costs and business objectives.

This role requires someone who can take ownership of a problem, build a structured plan, coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive execution until closure.

• Supply Chain Program Management
• Own end-to-end supply-chain programs from ideation to execution and closure.
• Define project scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, owners and success metrics.
• Drive multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks and dependencies and ensure timely resolution.
• Build regular program dashboards and provide visibility to leadership.
• New Category / Product Launches
• Lead end-to-end execution of new category and product launches.
• Work with Category and Procurement teams to identify sourcing requirements.
• Coordinate vendor identification, negotiations, onboarding and documentation.
• Ensure product readiness across sourcing, pricing, inventory, operations and technology.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure products are available within the planned launch timeline.
• Track launch performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Vendor & Supplier Management
• Drive vendor onboarding and ensure completion of commercial and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors on pricing, MOQ, lead time, payment terms, service levels and supply commitments.
• Identify supply risks and work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve them.
• Develop processes to improve vendor performance and reliability.
• Supply Planning & Inventory
• Work with Supply Chain, Procurement and Category teams to improve product availability.
• Track demand, supply, inventory and replenishment requirements.
• Identify potential stock-outs, excess inventory and supply constraints.
• Drive initiatives to improve inventory turns, availability and working capital.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to improve forecasting and replenishment processes.
• Cross-functional Stakeholder Management
• Work closely with Category, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Product, Data and Technology teams.
• Act as the central point of coordination for strategic supply-chain programs.
• Ensure clear ownership, timelines and accountability across teams.
• Conduct regular reviews and elevate critical issues to leadership.
• Process Improvement
• Identify gaps in existing supply-chain processes and build scalable solutions.
• Use data and business insights to identify operational inefficiencies.
• Drive automation, standardisation and process improvements wherever applicable.
• Create SOPs, trackers, dashboards and governance mechanisms for recurring processes.

What We're Looking For

• 4–7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Program Management, Category Management, Procurement, Operations or related functions.
