Our company is a place that prioritizes being a force for good, a place to expand learning, explore new perspectives and reimagine new possibilities, every day. We look for people who want to bring their best — bold thinkers with big hearts who challenge one another and grow together. Because becoming the undisputed leader in food means surrounding ourselves with people who are hungry for what’s next.

Overview

As Sr. Project Manager within the GIC Supply Chain project management office, you will lead end-to-end commercialization and supply chain readiness for new products and product changes in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across supply chain, marketing, sales, research and development, and finance to deliver launches on time, support ongoing optimization, manage risk, and contribute to cost optimization and business expansion. Based in Mumbai, this hybrid role offers leadership development opportunities through high-impact initiative management and business partnership in a global, matrixed environment, supporting Operating Unit growth and margin enhancement.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead end-to-end commercialization for new products, packaging changes, product renovations, innovations, and other high-impact initiatives, ensuring readiness for launch across customer channels.
  • Own launch timelines and coordinate launch plans with marketing and sales, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, positioning, pricing, and supply chain requirements.
  • Lead projects from early assessment through execution using established project management and Run–Improve–Transform processes; develop project plans, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Lead stage-gate meetings and status reviews; identify and mitigate risks, issues, bottlenecks, and dependencies, while maintaining clear project documentation and governance compliance.
  • Provide visibility into test and start-up budgets, spending, and project status to support timely decision-making and accountability.
  • Partner with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, planning, and other supply chain teams to confirm material availability, production capacity, scheduling, first production runs, inventory plans, distribution readiness, and operational risk mitigation.
  • Support inventory and distribution planning for finished and semi-finished products across dry and temperature-controlled networks to achieve service targets within cost parameters, using enterprise resource planning and analytical tools.
  • Act as the central liaison across research and development, marketing, sales, finance, compliance, and supply chain; mentor junior team members, standardize processes and systems, and champion scalable continuous-improvement solutions.
  • Champion Run–Improve–Transform frameworks within the PMO organization.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, supply chain management, operations, manufacturing, logistics, planning, or a related field.
  • Experience in supply chain management and project management, including delivery of multiple initiatives at the same time.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across functions and business priorities.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, organization, problem-solving, change leadership, and execution skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in uncertain or ambiguous situations by assessing opportunities, identifying stakeholders, creating direction, and delivering results.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior team members and direct cross-functional contributors; direct people-management experience is not required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in business, supply chain management, operations management, manufacturing, logistics, planning, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of related experience, primarily in supply chain, project management, or operations.
  • Experience in product commercialization, launch management, or supply chain transformation within a global matrix organization.
  • Experience with change management and Run–Improve–Transform frameworks.
  • Experience using enterprise resource planning and supply chain planning tools such as OMP, SAP, or Analyzer.
