Job summary

RGBSI is seeking an IT Program Manager to oversee multiple projects and drive strategic planning in Bangalore. The role requires broad IT experience across networks, infrastructure, and ServiceNow, with strong collaboration across Operations, Applications, and Business units.

The candidate should have SDLC, Agile/Scrum experience and proficiency with MS Project, Jira, and MS Office tools. PMP is preferred but not required; responsibilities include roadmap creation and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years of IT experience.
• Experience in GIS (IT expertise) for Real Estate projects Network, Security/Firewall, MS teams set up etc.
• Project Management Certification preferred but not required (PMP)
• 5+ years experience in successfully leading and managing across diverse projects and programs
• Technical experience is required; SDLC, Agile & Scrum methodology experience required
• Strong cross-group collaboration skills and experience working across multiple teams both within the division and across the company
• Excellent interpersonal, human relations, written, verbal and listening communication skills
• Ability to assist in creating project roadmaps
• Experience with working with MS Project, O365, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Jira

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

The IT Program Manager will manage a set of projects as well as participate in short- and long-term strategy planning. The IT Program Manager will work closely with Operations Teams, Application Teams, and Business units to ensure proper execution of project and program plans.

The position requires broad experience across many core IT technologies and services, from network and infrastructure to ServiceNow to monitoring and management functions.
