Job summary

RGBSI is seeking an IT Program Manager to lead a portfolio of IT projects and contribute to strategic planning. The role requires coordinating with Operations, Applications, and Business units to ensure successful execution of program plans.

The ideal candidate brings at least ten years of IT experience, strong knowledge of GIS for real estate, and proficiency in SDLC, Agile, Jira, MS Project, and Office 365.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years of IT experience.
• GIS IT experience for Real Estate projects: network, security/firewall, MS Teams setup.
• 5+ years leading and managing across diverse projects and programs.
• Experience with SDLC, Agile & Scrum methodologies.
• Strong cross-group collaboration across multiple teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to assist in creating project roadmaps.
• Experience with MS Project, O365, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Jira.

Location- Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities- The IT Program Manager will manage a set of projects as well as participate in short- and long-term strategy planning. The IT Program Manager will work closely with Operations Teams, Application Teams, and Business units to ensure proper execution of project and program plans.

The position requires broad experience across many core IT technologies and services, from network and infrastructure to ServiceNow to monitoring and management functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years of IT experience.
• Experience in GIS (IT expertise) for Real Estate projects Network, Security/Firewall, MS teams set up etc.
• Project Management Certification preferred but not required (PMP)
• 5+ years experience in successfully leading and managing across diverse projects and programs
• Technical experience is required; SDLC, Agile & Scrum methodology experience required
• Strong cross-group collaboration skills and experience working across multiple teams both within the division and across the company
• Excellent interpersonal, human relations, written, verbal and listening communication skills
• Ability to assist in creating project roadmaps
