Job summary

RGBSI is seeking an IT Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of projects and contribute to strategic planning from its Bengaluru office. The role interfaces with Operations, Applications, and Business units to ensure timely and effective delivery of programs across diverse IT technologies.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years in IT, strong leadership across multiple teams, and solid experience with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and tools like MS Project, Jira, and Smartsheet.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years of IT experience.
• Experience in GIS (IT expertise) for Real Estate projects Network, Security/Firewall, MS teams set up etc.
• Project Management Certification preferred but not required (PMP)
• 5+ years experience in successfully leading and managing across diverse projects and programs
• Technical experience is required; SDLC, Agile & Scrum methodology experience required
• Strong cross-group collaboration skills and experience working across multiple teams both within the division and across the company
• Excellent interpersonal, human relations, written, verbal and listening communication skills
• Ability to assist in creating project roadmaps
• Experience with working with MS Project, O365, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Jira
