Job summary

RGBSI in Bangalore is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of IT projects and contribute to strategic planning. You will coordinate across operations, application teams, and business units to ensure timely and successful delivery.

The role requires strong technical know-how across core IT services, including networks, security, ServiceNow, and monitoring, plus proven collaboration and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years IT experience.
• Experience in GIS IT for Real Estate projects: Network, Security/Firewall, MS Teams setup.
• PM certification preferred but not required (PMP).
• 5+ years experience leading and managing across diverse projects and programs.
• Technical experience with SDLC, Agile & Scrum methodologies.
• Strong cross-group collaboration across multiple teams within the division and company.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and listening communication skills.
• Ability to assist in creating project roadmaps.
• Experience with MS Project, O365, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Jira.

Roles and Responsibilities

The IT Program Manager will manage a set of projects as well as participate in short- and long-term strategy planning. The IT Program Manager will work closely with Operations Teams, Application Teams, and Business units to ensure proper execution of project and program plans.

The position requires broad experience across many core IT technologies and services, from network and infrastructure to ServiceNow to monitoring and management functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years of IT experience.
• Experience in GIS (IT expertise) for Real Estate projects Network, Security/Firewall, MS teams set up etc.
• Project Management Certification preferred but not required (PMP)
• 5+ years experience in successfully leading and managing across diverse projects and programs
• Technical experience is required; SDLC, Agile & Scrum methodology experience required
• Strong cross-group collaboration skills and experience working across multiple teams both within the division and across the company
• Excellent interpersonal, human relations, written, verbal and listening communication skills
