Job summary

The Security Project Manager will develop roadmaps, manage budgets, track risks, and drive adoption of DLP controls across endpoints, email, cloud, and collaboration platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of governance and program management experience in financial institutions.
• Experience leading DLP programs and data protection initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of data classification and information protection policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end DLP programs and data protection initiatives.
• Develop program roadmap, project plans, milestones, and delivery schedules. Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Track program budgets, resource utilization, and financials.
• Establish governance frameworks and executive reporting.
• Drive implementation and enhancement of DLP solutions across endpoints, email, cloud, and collaboration platforms.
• Coordinate deployment of DLP controls across business units and regions.
• Ensure alignment with data classification and information protection policies.
• Facilitate business engagement for DLP onboarding and adoption.
• Stakeholder management with Security, Risk.

Experience - Minimum of 6 years of experience in governance, program/project management, optimization, gained within global financial institutions

Key objectives critical to success

As the Security Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing project delivery for large-scale projects and initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices in program and project management as well as in security governance and project delivery.
