Job summary

Skillskarma Services in India seeks a senior professional to lead and manage dairy skilling and capacity-building programmes. The role involves developing CSR proposals, and building partnerships with government bodies, corporates, NGOs, banks, FPOs and dairy organisations.

You will drive farmer engagement, oversee training programmes and monitor KPIs and budgets. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years in dairy-related roles, with strong sector expertise and a development mindset, and fluency

Experience

Qualification

• B.Sc. Agriculture / B.V.Sc. / B.Tech (Dairy Husbandry) with MBA (Agri-Business/Rural Management), or relevant M.Sc./PhD.

Language Requirement

• Candidate should be able to speak and understand Assamese or Bengali language fluently.
