Colliers India is seeking a Programme Manager to lead a high-visibility delivery programme for a global financial services client, ensuring governance, quality, and on-time delivery across design, base build and interior fit-out.

You will establish controls, manage stakeholders across regions, oversee cost, schedule, risk forecasting, and drive cross-functional PM teams, with a focus on HSE and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 20+ years' experience in the real estate sector.
• 10-15 years of Programme/ project management within corporate workplaces.
• Experience delivering for global clients with stringent governance standards.
• Architecture degree; PMP/ Prince2/ RICS preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all phases of project planning and delivery, ensuring alignment with global corporate standards and governance frameworks.
• Establish robust reporting mechanisms, risk registers, action logs, and change-control systems.
• Coordinate with the client’s global and regional stakeholders for approvals, audits, documentation, and compliance.
• Drive integration between base build and fit-out delivery to ensure seamless technical alignment.
• Lead project controls: cost management, scheduling, risk forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Manage design reviews, technical validations, quality benchmarks, and configuration standards.
• Monitor contractor performance, procurement timelines, commercial claims, and change orders.
• Ensure best-in-class HSE practices, documentation hygiene, and audit readiness.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional PM teams with clarity, discipline, and accountability.
