Job Description:
Program Manager – Client Engagement, Learning Services | Onsite - Noida, India | Open to India-based candidates only
Position Type: Full-time employee
Location: Onsite - Noida, India
Abut the Role
Infopro Learning is looking for a Program Manager to own the overall health of one of our largest client engagements. This is a dual-facing role: youll be the single point of truth on whats been promised, whats been delivered, and whats still open, giving both our leadership and the clients leadership a clear, honest read on how the engagement is really going.
Youll sit between Infopro Learnings delivery teams and the clients own leadership while their internal organization goes through a major restructuring. Your job is to keep every commitment visible, keep the operating model on track, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks between two organizations working side by side.
What Youll Do
- Maintain a single, consolidated tracker of every action, decision, and commitment across the engagement, and chase them to closure against named owners and due dates
- Give Infopro and client leadership a weekly view of whats open, whats overdue, and whats at risk
- Oversee rollout of the engagements operating model across governance, administration, design, and capability partnering, and flag where it isnt landing in practice
- Support the client through their organizational restructuring: mapping new roles against the operating model, sequencing transitions and handovers, and tracking those dependencies alongside engagement commitments
- Act as the day-to-day bridge between Infopros embedded team and the clients L&D and business stakeholders, chairing joint sessions to resolve issues that span both organizations
- Own the engagement-level risk and issue register and prepare reporting for governance forums, steering committees, and quarterly business reviews
- Coordinate across service areas to unblock hand-offs before they affect the client, and keep change and communication activity aligned and non-duplicative
What You Bring
- 8+ years in program management, engagement management, or business change delivery, ideally within an outsourced or managed-services environment
- A track record of tracking and closing delivery commitments across multiple workstreams and organizations
- Experience supporting organizational restructuring, operating model implementation, or business change programs
- Solid grounding in program and change management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
- Strong executive reporting skills — the ability to turn a complex engagement into a clear, honest narrative
- Credibility with both delivery teams and senior client stakeholders
- PgMP, PMP, PRINCE2, or Change Management certification preferred
- Bachelors degree required, Masters in Business or a related field preferred
