Job summary

Tngone Software Labs in Kerala, India seeks a Green/Black Belt Program Manager with 10+ years experience to lead Lean Six Sigma and process excellence initiatives within Finance and Operations. This role is WFO and focuses on delivering measurable improvements through data-driven problem solving, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will mentor belts and analysts, drive automation and AI-enabled optimization, and build a high-value project pipeline with clear ROI for the business.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification ASQ, IASSC, or equivalent.
• Proficient in DMAIC/DMADV, VOCCTQ, SIPOC, VSM, FMEA, Control Plans, and Process Capability.
• Proven track record of delivering quantified business outcomes and cost savings.
• Strong analytics, statistical methods, and root cause analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Process Excellence / Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvement, preferably in Finance & Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Lean Six Sigma / Process Excellence initiatives using DMAIC/DMADV methodologies.

• Establish governance through project tollgates, stakeholder reviews, benefits tracking, and control plans.
• Deliver measurable improvements in cost, productivity, cycle time, quality, SLA adherence, defects, and rework.
• Mentor Green Belts, process analysts, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
