Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned Lean Six Sigma and process improvement professional to drive continuous improvement across client accounts. The role emphasizes leadership, governance of QMS, and adoption of digital transformation methods.

The incumbent will spearhead audits and iQMS deployments, mentor teams, and contribute to RFPs. Strong orientation to service delivery and measurable business value is essential.

Qualifications

• Ten plus years of work experience in Lean Six Sigma/process improvement.
• Experience in practical application of Lean Six Sigma techniques and automation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Thought leadership workshops and develop continuous improvement roadmap for client accounts.
• Lead and mentor Process Improvement projects leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies to deliver business value.
• Build and develop competencies on Quality Management Systems, Lean Six Sigma and digital transformation techniques.
• Drive innovation and automation projects to deliver case studies in forums.
• Lead, coach, and facilitate deployment of iQMS practices and audits for ISO and other standards.
• Drive effective No Surprise framework to identify and mitigate process risks.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure Delivery Excellence initiatives are deployed.
• Participate in new business RFPs and consulting assignments as needed.

• Conduct Thought leadership workshops and develop continuous improvement roadmap for the associated client accounts.
• Lead & mentor Process Improvement projects leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies to deliver targeted Business value and productivity improvements.
• Build and develop competencies on Quality Management Systems, Lean Six Sigma and digital transformation techniques.
• Drive innovation and automation projects to deliver award winning case studies in internal and external forums.
• Lead, coach, coordinate and facilitate to ensure deployment of iQMS practices and adherence to internal & external audit requirements for ISO 9001-2008,CMMI,ISO 14001,ISO 27000,ISO 35000,etc
• Drive effective No Surprise framework to ensure process risks are proactively identified and mitigated for the associated client accounts.
• Effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure Delivery Excellence Initiatives are effectively deployed and recognized.
• Participate in new business RFPs and consulting assignments on need basis.
• Overall 10 plus years of work experience with proven expertise in business problem solving and delivering significant business value to the clients and internal stakeholders. Exposure to Service industry is must.
• Should be able to demonstrate experience in practical application of Lean Six Sigma techniques, Automation, RPA, etc.
• Experience in deploying Data analytics, Machine learning, Artificial Intelligence etc. would be an advantage
• LSS Black belt Certifications must. QMS, Agile, Digital competencies and PMP certifications would be an advantage.
• Atleast 5-7 years of experience as Lean Six Sigma/Process improvement is must.
