Job summary

Capco, a Wipro company, is a global technology and management consulting firm with a Pune location seeking an experienced Project Manager. The role focuses on owning project financials, detailing budgets, forecasts and reporting while guiding roadmaps and milestones to align with strategic goals.

The candidate will lead resource planning, implement RACI governance, and provide governance across delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of project management experience.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts and financial reporting.
• Ability to define and govern project roadmaps and milestones.
• Strong governance practices with clear accountability structures.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking and reporting.
• Develop, maintain and govern the project roadmap with milestones and dependencies.
• Drive resource planning and capacity alignment to priorities.
• Establish and maintain RACI frameworks across stakeholders and teams.
• Conduct delivery governance and daily follow-ups to track progress and mitigate blockers.
• Produce accurate status reports for senior stakeholders on health, budget, resources and timelines.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and effective stakeholder engagement.

Job Description

Role -

• Own and manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, variance analysis, and financial reporting, ensuring full visibility and control of programme expenditure.
• Develop, maintain, and govern the project roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Drive resource planning and allocation, ensuring the right skills and capacity are aligned to programme priorities and delivery commitments.
• Establish and maintain RACI frameworks, clearly defining accountability, ownership, and decision-making responsibilities across stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Conduct regular delivery governance and daily follow-ups with team members to track progress, manage risks and issues, ensure timely task completion, and proactively remove delivery blockers.
• Produce accurate status reporting, providing senior stakeholders with clear insights into programme health, financial performance, resource utilization, and delivery progress.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement
