Capco in Bangalore seeks a seasoned professional to own stability for Rates, Credit & FX IT systems, while collaborating with Traders, Sales and client teams. You will manage incidents, drive AI-enabled productivity gains, and coordinate with global IT groups to ensure continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes a strong foundation in settlements and Calypso, with a focus on governance, reliability, and proactive risk management within a banking tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BE) in EXTC/IT/CS with top academic record.
• 7–8 years of experience in the banking, financial, or capital markets domain.
• Functional knowledge on Settlements Securities and Calypso tool.

Responsibilities

• Focus on platform stability for Rates, Credit & FX IT systems.
• Collaborate with Traders, Sales and Client teams to ensure technical support.
• Manage incidents, communicate with stakeholders.
• Change and incident management via ServiceNow.
• Work closely with Development teams to fix recurrent issues and enhancements.
• Drive AI transformation by raising initiatives and governance, leveraging AI to boost efficiency and cost savings.
• Drive Production Excellence by enforcing stability, monitoring, incident targets and resolution time.
• Strengthen the control framework and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Ensure data reliability across referential assets and asset management frameworks.
• Enhance efficient communication within Production and IT groups across regions.
• Maintain high quality BAU and impactful deliverables; manage issues and risks promptly.

Minimize manual tasks, automate processes wherever possible, and secure critical team operations to reduce human error triggers and impacts
• Drive Production Excellence by enforcing stability, proactive monitoring, meeting incidentvolumeand targets resolution time, and fostering a problem-solving mindset to prevent recurrence.External Clients impacts must be systematically considered when addressing Production issues or performing Changes
• Strengthen the control framework, remediate vulnerabilities, control access rights, and contribute to resiliency programs
• Ensure data reliability across all referential and compliance with asset management frameworks (e.g., ServiceNow tickets, ITAM recertification)

Specific Qualifications:
