Job summary

Xdlinx Labs is seeking an Experienced Program Manager to lead satellite program initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, compliant delivery of advanced space systems.

You will drive end-to-end planning, manage timelines, mitigations, and risks, and report to senior leadership while working across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and quality. A strong background in defence/aerospace hardware is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering in a relevant field.
• 6–10 years of experience in engineering program/project management in defence, aerospace, automotive, or high-tech hardware domains.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners/vendors.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of satellite programs.
• Assist preparation, development, coordination, scheduling, and change management activities to maintain an integrated plan.
• Directing a gamut of technology projects and driving projects while ensuring timely delivery of multiple projects as per compliance, time & cost parameters.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, resources, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
• Identify risks and opportunities and resolve across multiple projects within the department.
• Analyse, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.
• Develops, collects, organizes and provides data, updates task, to maintain status of programs and commitments.
• Conduct contract review and manage new production introduction processes.

About the job

We areseekinga highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to lead and oversee the development. Key Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

• 6-10 years of experience in engineering program/project management in defence, aerospace, automotive, or high-tech hardware domains.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners/vendors.

• 5or more years’ experience in project management, program planning, or business operations
• 3 or more years’ experience in advising and influencing managers and non-managers to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems
• 3 or more years using project management best practices and tools
• 2 or more years interfacing with senior leadership
