XDLINX Space Labs in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee satellite product development. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure compliant, high‑quality delivery in a fast‑paced environment.

The role demands strong communication, risk management, and the ability to work with senior leaders across engineering, operations, and partners. This is a hands-on leadership position that rewards initiative and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering in Electronics, Mechanical, or Aerospace.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 6–10 years in engineering program/project management in defence, aerospace, automotive, or high-tech hardware.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• 5+ years in project management, program planning, or business operations.
• 3+ years advising and influencing managers to meet schedules or resolve problems.
• 3+ years using project management best practices and tools.
• 2+ years interfacing with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of satellite programs.
• Assist preparation, development, coordination, scheduling, and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements.
• Directing a gamut of technology projects project Management and driving projects while ensuring timely delivery of multiple projects as per requirements of compliance, time & cost parameters while identifying dependencies, and evaluating risks & issues.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
• Work with team to identify risks and opportunities and resolve across multiple projects within the department.
• Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders and manage all aspect of the program.
• Good Knowledge in MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Power Bi.
• Develops, collects, organizes and provides data, updates task, to maintain status of programs, schedule, customer and supplier commitments and compliance.
• Conduct contract review and manage new production introduction processes.

About the job

We areseekinga highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to lead and oversee the development.
