As Program Manager – Partner Entrepreneur Program, you’ll be the strategic force behind the growth of our partner led model enabling motivated individuals to launch their own businesses and distribute our premium products to hotels across india.

What You’ll Do

• Own and drive the full lifecycle of the Partner Entrepreneur Program (PEP).
• Collaborate with marketing, training, sales, and product teams to align goals and execution.
• Design onboarding journeys, sales playbooks, and performance dashboards.
• Set and monitor KPIs for partner recruitment, activation, and growth.
• Present monthly and quarterly performance reviews to senior leadership.

What You Bring

• 5–7 years of experience in FMCG, D2C, channel sales, or distribution leadership.
• Strong program management and cross functional coordination skills.
• Analytical mindset with data backed decision making ability.
• A knack for scaling field teams or community led business models.
