Key Responsibilities As a Program Manager:
  • Define and drive scaling strategy and roadmap for Co-op program for A.in
  • Influence across organizations to drive alignment
  • Develop effective milestones and launch schedules for the program. Anticipate and resolve bottlenecks while balancing business needs and escalating where appropriate
  • Gather product requirements, and partner internally with engineering/technology to ensure solutions are developed/deployed on time
  • Identify new automation opportunities to improve efficiency
  • Work effectively across internal and external organizations in a matrix team environment with competing priorities. Manage cross-functional initiatives through influence versus direct management
  • Drive engagement with leadership and provide program updates and reviews
  • Drive adoption of new processes and tools
  • Take a hands‑on approach to drive key business initiatives, managing all aspects of the projects such as planning, risk management and communication
What is expected from the candidate?
  • Ability to take complete end to end ownership of an initiative till execution; subsequently setting up processes for operating teams seamlessly take over and execute on a daily basis
  • Ability to work with large data, dive-deep, identify issues – analytical thinking is a must
  • Every big decision you make will involve a conflict – ability to visualize the conflict, addressing the parties involved and making balanced decisions
  • Ability to engage with multiple stake holders and influence the partner teams
  • Ability to define project deliverables, timelines and set up mechanisms to track inputs and outputs for the projects; strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently:

The candidate is expected to have 5+ years of experience post MBA. Experience in operations or category management OR program management will be preferred

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
    • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
    • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
    • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
