Job summary

Deloitte Shared Services India is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale AI initiatives in Gurgaon. The role focuses on governance, risk management, and cross-functional leadership to ensure successful execution aligned with strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in program management, hands-on AI program experience, and strong Agile delivery capabilities, with a background in BFSI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Program Management / Project Management roles.
• Proven end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs.
• Hands-on AI program management experience and AI workflow knowledge.
• Strong governance, delivery, risk management, and issue-resolution skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Solid grasp of Agile Scrum methodologies and PM frameworks.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Experience in Banking / BFSI domain is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale AI and technology transformation initiatives.
• Drive program planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Manage cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, technology teams, data teams, and AI solution providers.
• Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, reporting structures, and delivery processes.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Facilitate Agile Scrum practices including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily coordination.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business goals and organizational priorities.
• Manage program documentation, dashboards, status reporting, and executive communication.
• Support AI solution implementation by understanding AI concepts, workflows, platforms, and delivery lifecycle.
• Ensure successful transition of AI solutions into operational environments and manage ongoing maintenance activities.

• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in the Banking / BFSI domain is mandatory.
