Weekday AI (YC W21) is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join its CIO/PMO organization at a pivotal moment as we accelerate an enterprise-wide AI transformation. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, governance, and execution, shaping how critical programs are run and reported.

Reporting to the Director, you will build the PMO function, drive governance, rollout structured programs, manage risks, and deliver exec-ready decks and OKR scorecards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical program management with cross-functional delivery.
• 2-4 years of management consulting preferred at a recognized firm.
• Experience embedded in a PMO within multinational companies.
• Strong written and verbal communication to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CIO and leadership on transformation strategy and delivery.
• Build and run scalable program governance structures.
• Establish sprint cadence, story points, Definition of Done, milestones.
• Identify risks, blockers, and escalation paths across multi-team programs.
• Drive program rollouts with defined scope, KPIs and dependencies.
• Produce exec-facing deliverables: status decks, OKR scorecards, narratives.
• Define and track PMO KPIs and dashboards in Jira/Confluence.
• Champion PMO maturity and standardized governance practices.

Salary range: Rs 3500000 - Rs 4500000 (INR 35-45 LPA). Minimum Experience: 7+ years. Location: Bengaluru, Chennai. Job Type: full-time.

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our CIO/PMO organization at a pivotal moment, as we accelerate an enterprise-wide AI transformation. This is not a conventional program management role. You will sit at the intersection of strategy, governance, and execution, shaping how critical transformative programs are run. Reporting into the Director, Technical Program Manager, you will be a key voice in building the PMO function and driving transformation across the CIO Organization.

What You Will Do

• Partner directly with the CIO and his leadership team on critical transformation program strategy and delivery
• Build and run program governance structures that scale with our hyper growth
• Establish and continuously improve sprint cadence, story point estimation, Definition of Done, milestone tracking etc.
• Identify and proactively manage risks, blockers, and escalation paths across complex, multi‑team programs
• Drive structured program rollouts with defined scope, success metrics, and dependency management
• Produce C‑suite facing deliverables: program status decks, OKR scorecards, quarterly business narratives, and business proposals
• Define and track PMO KPIs: delivery velocity, capacity utilization, and quality indicators
• Build and maintain dashboards in Jira, Confluence, and other AI tools for real‑time program visibility
• Champion PMO maturity across teams standardizing processes, governance frameworks, and reporting cadences

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of technical program management experience, with demonstrated ownership of complex, cross‑functional technical programs
• 2-4 years of management consulting experience preferred at a recognized firm, with strong executive‑facing communication and structured problem‑solving skills
• Prior experience embedded in a PMO within a multinational company, operating across geographies, time zones, and cross‑functional teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to senior leadership team
• Proven track record delivering programs in enterprise technology environments (GTM, Finance, Data/AI, or similar)
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile/PDLC delivery frameworks
• Well versed with AI LLM models and building skills/agents
