Job summary

SP Software Pvt Ltd in Bangalore is hiring a Senior Project/Program Manager for a client project. Immediate joiners preferred. Work mode: WFO (5 Days) with face-to-face interview. Requires 12+ years in semiconductors and 3+ years in PM.

The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams and Copilot, and a solid understanding of SOC design cycles, development, packaging, REE, post-silicon validation and deployment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in the semiconductor industry with 3+ years in Project/Program Management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
• Solid knowledge of SOC design cycle, development, packaging, REE, and post-silicon validation and deployment.

• Lead project/program management for a high-profile semiconductor client project.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels across the organization.
• Define and implement processes to improve project execution and delivery.

Minimum Qualifications
