Job summary

Tech Mahindra Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex full-chip silicon programs toward tape-out delivery. You will own program plans, milestones and cross-functional execution in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Requirements include 6–8 years in semiconductor PM, minimum 2 years managing full-chip programs, and strong RTL/Verification/DFT, Physical Design, STA, Signoff, Package and Silicon Validation knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience managing full-chip silicon programs through successful tape-out delivery.
• Minimum 2 years of program management experience for silicon projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of RTL Design, Design Verification, DFT, Physical Design, STA, Signoff, Package, and Silicon Validation flows.
• Hands-on program planning, schedule management, milestone tracking, resource planning and risk management.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to coordinate across technical and business teams.
• Experience driving executive reviews, customer communications, governance and escalation management.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet or equivalent platforms.

Exp: 6-8 years, with a minimum of 2 years PM experience

Required Skills

• 6–10 years of semiconductor industry experience with a strong understanding of the VLSI/SoC chip design lifecycle.
• Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of Program Management experience managing full-chip silicon programs through successful tape-out delivery.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent silicon programs involving cross-functional engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of RTL Design, Design Verification, DFT, Physical Design, STA, Signoff, Package, and Silicon Validation flows.
• Hands-on experience in program planning, schedule management, milestone tracking, resource planning, and risk management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across technical and business teams.
• Experience in driving executive reviews, customer communications, project governance, and escalation management.
• Proficiency with project and program management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in dynamic project environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and collaboration skills.
