Job summary

Artech L.L.C. in Bangalore is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Physical Design (PD) Engineering with 12+ years in the VLSI/Semiconductor domain.

You will own and drive TPM for Physical Design delivery across SoCs, coordinate IP development, validation, and delivery, and work with cross-functional teams behind flagship Snapdragon platforms. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in VLSI/Semiconductor domain.
• 5+ years of Program Management experience.
• Strong understanding of SoC development and Physical Design lifecycle.
• Own and drive Technical Program Management for Physical Design Engineering delivery to key Qualcomm SoCs.
• Coordinate, plan, track, and manage Physical Design IP development, validation, and delivery.
• Work alongside industry-leading teams behind flagship Snapdragon platforms.
• Negotiate schedules, scope, priorities, and resource allocation to meet aggressive project timelines.
• Lead cross-functional discussions to establish project milestones, plans of record, policies, and processes.
• Manage and strengthen IP-to-SoC integration relationships.
• Identify program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively drive issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot program challenges and align stakeholders toward successful outcomes.
• Provide regular executive-level updates on milestones, budgets, risks, metrics, and mitigation plans.
• Develop and implement processes that improve engineering productivity and operational efficiency.
• Manage programs across design, development, validation, testing, manufacturing, deployment, and sustaining phases.
• Serve as the key advocate for the program across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
