About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic Program Manager to join our team. This role will focus on identifying and solving day-to-day challenges in the learning domain, with a particular emphasis on curriculum, content, and student progression. The ideal candidate will excel at uncovering bottlenecks, implementing immediate solutions, and setting up scalable, long‑term processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of our academic operations and delivering exceptional learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze day‑to‑day operational challenges in areas such as curriculum design, content development, and student progression.
• Develop and implement solutions to resolve immediate issues and enhance overall efficiency.
• Work closely with academic teams to uncover bottlenecks and create streamlined workflows.
• Set up scalable processes to support the learning ecosystem as the organization grows.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including academic teams, content creators, and leadership, to align on goals and ensure seamless execution.
• Track the effectiveness of implemented solutions and refine them based on feedback and data‑driven insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Program Manager, Operations Manager, or in a similar role.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on execution and delivering results.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in designing and scaling operational processes.
• Data‑driven approach with proficiency in tools like Excel or other analytical software.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field; MBA is desirable.
• Knowledge of educational processes or EdTech is a strong advantage.
