Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to join us as an Associate Director – Program. In this high-impact role, you will work closely with senior leadership to lead strategic initiatives across functions, solve complex business challenges, and shape the future of education delivery in India. This is a cross-functional role requiring strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with founders and CXOs to identify and address critical challenges in academic programs and operational processes.

- Take end-to-end ownership of cross-functional initiatives, working across teams such as Product, Tech, Growth, and Operations.

- Act as the central point of contact for project planning, execution, and reporting.

- Design and execute experiments to test new solutions, monitor outcomes, and drive actionable insights.

- Present strategic recommendations and data-driven findings to senior stakeholders.

- Lead the implementation of innovative, industry-first solutions to maintain Newton School’s competitive edge.

- Drive measurable outcomes and manage P&L responsibilities for your designated function or pod.

Qualifications and Skills:

- 4+ years of experience in Program Management or a similar strategic role in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving skills and structured thinking with the ability to manage complex initiatives.

- Strong business acumen with a track record of owning and driving large, high-impact cross-functional projects

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent from a Tier 1 institution (e.g., IITs, BITS, NITs); an MBA from a top-tier business school (e.g., IIMs, ISB) is preferred.

- Exposure to Data Science and AI technologies is a strong plus.
