Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL and Excel
• Pursuing or Recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Basic knowledge of Coding, Analytics & Algorithms, Problem-Solving Techniques, and Mathematical Concepts is needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in learning about interview processes and talent evaluation.
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting technical and behavioral interviews for candidates.
• Evaluate candidates coding, problem-solving, technical, and communication skills based on predefined criteria.
• Provide structured feedback for candidates to help the learning team review their candidature for the placements.
• Working on creating advanced technical content for enrolled learners.
• Analytics and dashboard for placements team.
