Job summary

Uno Minda Kyoraku ltd is seeking a Sr. Engineer - Automotive Programs in Bengaluru.

The role focuses on end-to-end program management from RFQ to SOP, coordinating with OEM customers such as MSIL, TKML, and Mahindra, and ensuring APQP/PPAP and SOP readiness. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across design, tooling, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers to manage project timelines, costs, risks, and resources.

Qualifications

• APQP, PPAP, FMEA and Control Plan knowledge required.
• Customer handling experience with MSIL/TKML/Mahindra.
• Strong project planning and communication skills.
• APQP and PPAP knowledge emphasized.
• PPAP Submission experience.
• Project Planning and Scheduling experience.
• New Product Development (NPD) experience.
• SOP Readiness Management responsibilities.
