Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Limited in Bengaluru seeks a Manager - Program Management to lead end-to-end project planning, governance and delivery in the automotive sector. You will own the Master Project Plan, monitor gateways, dependencies and budget alignment, and drive risk mitigation and reviews with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 7–9 years of experience in a mid-level capacity, with BE/B.Tech qualifications and an emphasis on automotive program delivery.

• Prepare and maintain the Master Project Plan and track progress to ensure on-time execution.
• Track gateway readiness and facilitate MEPDS gateway compliance and approvals.
• Monitor dependencies, de-bottleneck issues and enable timely gateway clearances.
• Track and regularize scope changes with impact assessment and approvals.
• Support preparation and alignment of project investments and material costs for the business case.
• Monitor capital and revenue budgets and enable timely escalations and approvals.
• Proactively track risks to project TCP targets and support mitigation planning.
• Conduct project reviews, document decisions and actions, track closures, and generate MIS and management review material.
