Job summary

You will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and execution, manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications, and ensure timely product design changes within an automotive manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Program Lifecycle Management: Ensure the successful launch and execution of new programs, from product design to manufacturing.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Interface with internal and external stakeholders, including Engineering, Finance, Quality, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.
• Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries regarding project status, technical changes, and product quality.
• Schedule & Budget Adherence: Develop, monitor, and maintain project plans, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Engineering Changes: Direct, review, and approve product design changes and manage the impact of these changes on cost and timing.
• Problem Solving: Proactively address program bottlenecks (e.g., tooling delays, manufacturing issues) and develop solutions.
