Job summary

EY in Mumbai is seeking a seasoned IT Program Manager to lead multiple ERP implementation projects from inception through closure. You will drive end-to-end program management, coordinating with stakeholders, vendors and business users to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 15+ years of total experience with at least 10 years in IT program management and ERP deployments, including government/PSU ERP projects, and BE/B.Tech plus MBA with PMP/PRINCE2 certification.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple ERP implementation projects from inception through successful closure.


• Drive end-to-end IT Program Management, including project planning, execution, monitoring, governance, and delivery.


• Manage multiple ERP projects/programs simultaneously while ensuring alignment with defined project objectives and timelines.


• Lead ERP implementation engagements involving Government / PSU clients.


• Coordinate with key stakeholders, implementation teams, vendors, and business users throughout the project lifecycle.


• Monitor project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.


• Provide program-level governance and oversight across multiple ERP implementation initiatives.


• Ensure successful implementation and delivery of ERP solutions in line with project requirements.


• Demonstrate hands-on experience in implementing at least one ERP project using the ERP product proposed by the bidder for the project.

Education & Certification

• BE / B.Tech + MBA is mandatory.


• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required.

Experience

• 15+ years of total professional experience.


• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Program Management and ERP Implementation.


• Proven expertise in managing multiple ERP projects from inception to closure.
