Technical Program Manager (APMEA ERP)

Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the ERP transformation for the APMEA region. You will design and build the ERP system and establish a CoE to run it, reporting to the Project Director.

You will manage a multi-year MS Dynamics ERP transformation, collaborate with business and IT leaders, coordinate with 3rd party partners, and ensure governance aligned with Global Standards. Location is Goregaon East, Mumbai.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in technology organization as technical ERP professional
• 3+ years of experience in setting up and running an ERP CoE
• Strong understanding of ERP technology viz. Microsoft Dynamics
• Lead and Manage an ERP transformation program as technical project manager for a multinational business
• Ability to connect with regional leaders (IT & Non IT) and provide solutions to their ERP technology problems
• Strong ability to manager a team of at least 5-7 people and supplier

Responsibilities

• Manage a number of projects beneath the technical pillar (Build, Deploy & integration) for a multi-year MS Dynamics ERP transformation program
• Primary point of contact for the APMEA business and technical leadership for any scope or need for the ERP transformation from technical perspective
• Facilitate processes to accomplish complex technical program objectives, managing change, and resolving issues that span project teams and departments by planning, organizing, directing and supervising program activities in a cost-effective and productive manner to achieve business satisfaction
• Develop projects within a program in alignment with the organization's strategic plans and objectives; Develop and gain sponsor approval for project delivery dates
• Build, operationalize and manage the program team design of the ERP implementation team and then transform it into a CoE to run it as well
• Program management for ERP implementation and CoE ; Create and manage the technical program budget
• Work with 3rd party partners to build the system and manage the supplier contracts by providing right governance
• Participate in the Sodexo global ERP design team and ensure alignment with global practices and also guide global design bases regional nuances
• Work with business program director to align on the business process and its configuration into system.
• To establish strategic partnerships with external vendor partners for application build and run services, in line with Global Standards & Strategy

Sodexo APMEA region is transforming its ERP process and systems. As a result we are migrating into a new ERP system. As result we are looking to set up a program team to build and deployment the system and set up a CoE to manage the systems along with business for the APMEA region. The purpose of this role is to design and build this system and CoE.

Job Requirements:
