Job summary

OSI Digital, Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Project Manager to lead and coordinate Oracle EBS and Fusion projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule and budget.

You will manage cross-functional teams across data migration, interfaces, configuration, development, and testing, while driving governance and client engagement. The ideal candidate has 10+ years IT experience with 3+ years in Oracle PM, strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP and EBS, and proven onsite project leadership

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with 3+ years of Oracle PM experience.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle EBS.
• Experience as a consultant (technical, functional, or techno-functional).
• Minimum 3 full-cycle Oracle projects (implementations, rollouts, upgrades, AMS).
• Expertise in planning, estimation, costing, budgeting and resource management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client interaction.
• Experience with Agile, sprint and release planning.
• Proficient with project governance, risk and issue management.
• Onsite project experience and strong communication in multicultural environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle EBS and Fusion projects including implementation, rollout, upgrade and support.
• Coordinate data migration, interfaces, configuration, development and testing.
• Define scope, schedules, deliverables, budgets, and resources.
• Drive architecture decisions and manage delivery risks.
• Oversee technical components for Oracle EBS R12 and Fusion.
• Manage estimation, costing, forecasting and performance tracking.
• Govern project communications, governance and status reporting.
• Lead Agile activities and sprint planning.
• Monitor project metrics, budgets, resources and P&L.
• Identify risks, manage issues and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate dependencies across multiple projects and resolve conflicts.
• Prepare reports, burn-downs and management presentations.
• Build strong client relationships and coordinate with diverse teams.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, Oracle ERP implementation experience, and excellent client and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle EBS and Fusion implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
• Manage cross-functional teams across data migration, interface development, functional configuration, technical development, and testing.
• Define project scope, schedules, deliverables, budgets, and resource plans.
• Drive architectural decisions and manage delivery risks to ensure project success.
• Manage custom development of technical components across Oracle EBS R12 and Fusion.
• Oversee project estimation, costing, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Manage stakeholder communication, project governance, and status reporting.
• Lead Agile activities, including sprint planning and release planning.
• Monitor project metrics, budgets, resources, and project P&L.
• Identify project risks, manage issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, including 3+ years of project management experience in Oracle applications.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle EBS.
• Experience as a technical, functional, or techno-functional Oracle consultant.
• Minimum 3 full-cycle project executions across implementations, rollouts, upgrades, or AMS engagements.
• Expertise in project planning, estimation, costing, budgeting, and resource management.
• Strong stakeholder management, client interaction, and business process understanding.
• Experience with Agile methodology, sprint planning, and release planning.
• Proficiency in project management tools, including Microsoft Project and MS Office.
• Experience in project governance, risk management, issue resolution, and performance reporting.
• Understanding of project P&L, financial forecasting, and budget control.
• Strong client-facing skills and the ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
• Onsite project experience and excellent communication skills.

Good to Have

• PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.

We Are Not Looking For Someone Who

• Has never worked directly with clients.
• Lacks hands-on experience managing Oracle ERP projects.
• Has no experience delivering end-to-end Oracle implementations.
• Is unable to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources independently.
