Job summary

OSI Digital is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Project Manager to lead Oracle EBS and Fusion projects across multiple sites in India. You will drive end-to-end delivery within scope, schedule and budget while coordinating across data migration, interfaces, and tech teams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years IT experience, strong Oracle ERP knowledge (EBS/Cloud), and proven client/stakeholder management skills. Onsite engagement across Hyderabad, Chennai, and Bangalore is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with 3+ years of Oracle applications project management.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle EBS.
• Experience as a technical, functional, or techno-functional Oracle consultant.
• Minimum 3 full-cycle ERP implementations/AMS engagements.
• Expertise in project planning, estimations, budgeting, and resource management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client interaction.
• Experience with Agile, sprint and release planning.
• Ability to work in multicultural, onsite environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle EBS and Fusion implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across data migration, interfaces, configuration, development, and testing.
• Define project scope, schedules, deliverables, budgets, and resource plans.
• Drive architecture decisions and manage delivery risks to ensure project success.
• Manage custom development across Oracle EBS R12 and Fusion.
• Oversee estimation, costing, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Governance, reporting, and status updates with stakeholders.
• Lead Agile activities, including sprint planning and release planning.
• Monitor project metrics, budgets, resources, and project P&L.
• Identify project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate dependencies across projects and manage conflicts effectively.
• Prepare project reports, burn-down reports, and management presentations.
• Build strong client relationships and coordinate with multicultural, cross-functional teams.

• Experience as a technical, functional, or techno-functional Oracle consultant.
• Minimum 3 full-cycle project executions across implementations, rollouts, upgrades, or AMS engagements.
• Expertise in project planning, estimation, costing, budgeting, and resource management.
• Strong stakeholder management, client interaction, and business process understanding.
• Experience with Agile methodology, sprint planning, and release planning.
• Proficiency in project management tools, including Microsoft Project and MS Office.
• Experience in project governance, risk management, issue resolution, and performance reporting.
• Understanding of project P&L, financial forecasting, and budget control.
• Strong client-facing skills and the ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
• Onsite project experience and excellent communication skills.

Good to Have

• PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.

We Are Not Looking For Someone Who

• Has never worked directly with clients.
• Lacks hands‑on experience managing Oracle ERP projects.
• Has no experience delivering end-to-end Oracle implementations.
• Is unable to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources independently.
