Description

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and monitoring billable ERP implementation projects from initiation through delivery. This role acts as the primary liaison between the company and the client, ensuring that project objectives, timelines, and deliverables are met while staying within budget. The Senior Project Manager operates with minimal supervision and reports to PMO Management.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

• Lead and coordinate billable ERP implementation projects from initiation through delivery.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure project objectives, timelines, and deliverables are met within approved scope and budget.
• Proactively identify, track, and resolve project risks, issues, and change requests.
• Provide regular status reporting to PMO Management and client stakeholders.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
• Operate with minimal supervision while ensuring alignment with organizational standards and policies.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of overall IT experience.
• At least 5+ years of experience specifically in ERP implementation project management.
• Prior industry experience (outside of ERP implementation) is an added advantage.
• Broad understanding of business operations and processes.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, both large-scale and small-scale.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Skilled in building and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Familiarity with, and adherence to, Infor Corporate Policies and Procedures as outlined in the employee handbook.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with enterprise applications, preferably Infor LN/Baan, M3, or similar Infor ERP systems.
• PMP Certification is required.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Excel
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel and work across overlapping time zones.
• Expertise with AI tools
• B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA (or equivalent technical degree).
