Job summary

Elpopulo Tech Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to act as the primary link between clients, management, and technical teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Multiple years of project management experience in software development, ERP implementations or SaaS.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and client-facing projects.
• Proven track record delivering multiple projects on time and within budget.
• PM certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from initiation through delivery and closure.

Job Role

The Project Manager will act as the primary link between clients, management, and technical teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, project planning, and problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery

• Own projects from initiation through successful delivery and closure.


• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and success criteria.


• Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project plans and schedules.


• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed requirements.


• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies.

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including UI/UX Designers, Developers, QA/Testers, Implementation Teams, and Documentation Staff.


• Allocate resources effectively and monitor team productivity and workload.


• Drive accountability and ensure timely completion of project deliverables.


• Facilitate collaboration and resolve conflicts to maintain project momentum.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.


• Conduct requirement gathering, project kick-off meetings, review meetings, and status updates.


• Manage client expectations, feedback, change requests and escalations.


• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.

Project Governance & Quality Management

• Track project milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics.


• Ensure adherence to project management processes, standards, and best practices.


• Coordinate development, testing, UAT, deployment, implementation and project handover activities.


• Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained appropriately.


• Conduct project closure activities and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Risk & Budget Management

• Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints at an early stage.


• Develop mitigation plans and drive corrective actions when required.


• Monitor project budgets, resource utilization, and project profitability.


• Ensure efficient utilization of resources while maintaining quality standards.

Implementation & Deployment

• Lead ERP, POS, CRM, and software implementation projects from planning to go-live.


• Coordinate deployment activities and support client onboarding and user adoption.


• Ensure smooth implementation, training, and transition to support teams.


• Travel to client locations whenever required for project discussions, implementation, training, and deployment support.

Qualifications & Experience

• 37 years of Project Management experience in Software Development, ERP Implementation, SaaS, IT Services, or Technology Projects.


• Experience managing cross-functional teams and client-facing projects.


• Proven track record of delivering multiple projects successfully.


• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications will be an added advantage.
