Job summary

Medhavi Skills University in Gurgaon is seeking a Program Coordinator for Skill Development Projects to manage day-to-day training operations, track milestones, and liaison with government bodies and corporate partners.

The role requires 2–3 years of project coordination experience; a Bachelor's degree and strong data management, MS Office skills, and ability to monitor MIS dashboards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the core bridge between the organization, government departments, and corporate partners for skill development and upskilling initiatives.
• Coordinate partnership proposals, meetings, and presentations for state bodies and institutions.
• Maintain regular communication with field teams, trainers, counsellors, and mobilization staff.
• Plan and execute training activities according to project scopes, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
• Monitor day-to-day operations and resolve logistical issues regarding training centres, equipment, and materials.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as enrolment targets, training completion rates, and job placements.
• Maintain project-wise MIS and check new Tenders, RFPs, or EOIs.

A Program Coordinator for Skill Development Projects manages day-to-day training operations, tracks project milestones, and acts as the primary liaison between government bodies, corporate partners, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the core bridge between the organization, government departments, andcorporate partners for skill development and upskilling initiatives.
• Coordinate partnership proposals, meetings, and presentations for state bodies and institutions.
• Maintain regular communication with field teams, trainers, counsellors, and mobilization staff.

2. Program & Project Management

• Plan and execute training activities according to project scopes, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
• Monitor day-to-day operations and resolve logistical issues regarding training centres, equipment, and materials.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as enrolment targets, training completion rates, and job placements.

3. Administration, Reporting & MIS

• Maintain project-wise Management Information Systems (MIS) and check new Tenders, RFPs (Request for Proposals), or EOIs (Expressions of Interest).
• Monitor program and prepare reports, ensuring timely submission
• Compile periodic progress reports for head office (HO) leadership and externalstakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Work, RuralDevelopment, or any graduate (full time degree program).
• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, skill development, or livelihood programs.

Skills:
