Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking an experienced implementation consultant focused on Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance to join our Mumbai team. You will work with pre-sales architects and client teams to translate objectives into secure, scalable solutions.

You will deliver detailed Statements of Work, stay current with cloud security trends, and help customers improve delivery, adoption, and incident response using Azure Sentinel, Defender, Purview and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
• 4+ years of implementation consulting experience delivering engagements within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint/Cloud, Purview, Entra ID and AD.
• Experience integrating security logs and using Azure Log Analytics and Sentinel.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers with pre-sales architects and sales teams to understand objectives and identify opportunities.
• Work in a highly visible customer-facing role.
• Contribute to detailed, actionable Statement of Work with architects and project managers.
• Stay on top of new trends, technology updates and core cloud/workplace technologies.
• Improve delivery, adoption, and problem-solving skills continuously.

• Proficient in Microsoft Sentinel, utilizing Azure Sentinel for logging and auditing, automating workflows and incident responses with Logic Apps, creating remediation recommendations, integrating Threat Intelligence feeds, and thoroughly documenting all processes.
• Integrating security logs from 3rd party sources into Azure Log Analytics Workspace.
• Bachelor-s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
• 4+ years of implementation consulting experience delivering engagements within the Microsoft ecosystem.
