Job summary

IFI Techsolutions in India seeks an experienced Microsoft 365 and security consultant to drive implementation, migrations and governance across the Modern Workplace. You will work with Entra ID, Defender suites and Purview to deliver secure, compliant solutions for enterprise customers.

The role requires hands-on delivery, strong troubleshooting and the ability to mentor junior consultants while coordinating with architects and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Microsoft infrastructure, Microsoft 365 and security experience.
• Hands-on implementation across Microsoft 365 and Security workloads.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tenant deployments, migrations and security transformation initiatives.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and project stakeholders.
• Ability to independently deliver project activities and technical documentation.
• For Senior Consultant: Proven experience leading workstreams, customer engagements and mentoring junior consultants.
