Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR transformation, Digital HR, or HR technologies.
• Experience with AI-driven initiatives is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management in international environments.

Responsibilities

• Support global HR AI strategy development, roadmaps, and success metrics.
• Identify and scale high-impact AI use cases across Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, and Workforce Planning.
• Translate business needs into scalable AI solutions with clear KPIs and measurable business impact.
• Design and evolve a scalable HR AI ecosystem including GenAI copilots, intelligent automation, and skills-based solutions.
• Lead end-to-end execution from ideation to global rollout.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, governance, and compliance for HR AI.

Do you want to shape the future of HR with AI? In this role, you will help drive the global HR AI agenda and support the transformation of HR into a data-driven, AI-enabled business partner. You will define priorities, develop scalable AI solutions, and create measurable business value across the employee lifecycle while enhancing both business performance and employee experience.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the global HR AI strategy, including roadmap definition, prioritization, and success measurement.
• Identify and scale high-impact AI use cases across the end-to-end employee lifecycle (e.g., Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, Workforce Planning)
• Translate business and HR needs into scalable, value-driven AI solutions with clear KPIs and measurable business impact
• Design and continuously evolve a scalable HR AI ecosystem, including GenAI copilots, intelligent automation, and skills-based solutions

Establish a seamless “One HR AI Experience” as the central entry point for employees and managers

• Lead end-to-end execution from ideation to pilot to global rollout
• Act as an AI catalyst for HR, driving enablement, upskilling, adoption, and responsible AI practices across the global HR community, while helping establish governance and compliance standards for HR AI solutions.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in HR transformation, Digital HR, or HR technologies, ideally with hands-on exposure to AI-driven initiatives
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including Generative AI, intelligent automation, copilots, and data-driven solutions, and the ability to translate business requirements into practical HR use cases
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands‑on, results‑oriented approach
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills in complex, international environments
• Experience working in global, matrix organizations
• Fluent in English
