Job summary

Atlas Copco is seeking a Global HRIS Specialist to drive automation and AI-enabled HRIS initiatives. The role focuses on optimizing HRIS processes, enabling digital tools, and delivering analytics and self-service capabilities for regional HR teams.

The candidate will collaborate on global HRIS projects, maintain documentation, and stay updated on AI trends, while ensuring data quality and secure use of digital tools across HR functions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Exposure to AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, AI-enabled HR systems).
• Experience with Chatbot Coaching Optimization.

Responsibilities

• Automation Process Optimization across HRIS processes.
• Identify automation opportunities and build automation using Power Automate or RPA.
• Support SAP SuccessFactors Key users and HR analytics with dashboards and reports.
• Participate in global and regional HRIS projects with data preparation and documentation.

Mission:

• Be part of Atlas Copco Group Digital HR Journey to create value for business operations with smart talent development solutions and contribute to their adoption among HR community and end users.
• Optimize HRIS support while driving automation, AI adoption, and digital transformation across HRIS processes.
• Act as a hands-on solution expert and transformation driver, improving data quality, automating workflows, and enabling HR teams with digital tools and insights.
• Drive HRs capability knowledge to use HR applications at the maximum potential through training and daily interactions.

Responsibilities and objectives:

• Automation Process Optimization

• Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across HRIS processes
• Build automation using tools such as Power Automate or RPA
• Standardize and simplify HR processes to reduce manual effort

AI Enablement Digital Innovation

• Explore and implement AI use cases in HR (e.g., Analytics, Documentation, Process Automation)
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency in HRIS operations and support
• Stay updated on emerging HR technologies and AI trends
• Promote responsible and secure use of AI across HRIS scope

Digital HR Application Support

• Support SAP SuccessFactors Key users by providing timely and thoughtful technical and functional support via Service Desk channels, while continuously building your expertise.
• Collaborate on HR analytics by preparing dashboards and automated reports and enabling self-service capabilities for local HR teams.
• Participate in global and regional HRIS projects through data preparation, documentation, system integrations and process automation.
• Keep learning resources up to date by maintaining documentation such as wiki pages and training guides whenever system changes occur.

Experience requirements knowledge:

• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Exposure to AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, AI-enabled HR systems)
• Experience with Chatbot Coaching Optimization
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Succes sF actors or Workday) or similar tools is a plus
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Experience in participating HRIS related projects is an advantage

Educational requirements:

• University degree in Information Systems, HR Management, or a related field
