Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR operations and talent acquisition.
Coordinate recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
Prepare JDs, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and onboarding.
Leverage AI tools to enhance screening, interviews, and documentation.
Oversee onboarding, attendance, leaves, promotions, and exits.
Develop HR policies, processes, and SOPs.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and grievance resolution.
Lead performance appraisal, KRAs, and KPIs.
Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance.
Identify training needs and coordinate programs.
Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, and analytics.
Implement AI-driven HR processes and automation.

The ideal candidate should be a strong HR professional who can effectively use Generative AI, HR automation, analytics, and digital HR tools to improve productivity, recruitment efficiency, employee experience, and decision-making.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR operations and talent acquisition.
Handle recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
Prepare JDs, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offers and onboarding.
Use AI tools to improve recruitment, candidate screening, interview preparation, and HR documentation.
Manage employee onboarding, attendance, leave, confirmation, promotion, and exit processes.
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs.
Manage employee engagement, retention, and grievance resolution.
Conduct and manage performance appraisal, KRA, and KPI processes.
Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance activities.
Identify training and development requirements and coordinate training programs.
Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, and analytics for management.
Use AI and automation to streamline repetitive HR activities.
Work with management and department heads on workforce planning and manpower requirements.
Maintain employee confidentiality and ensure responsible handling of employee data.
Introduce and implement AI-driven HR processes and automation.
