Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology; MBA from Tier 1 schools preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in HR with strong understanding of HCM modules.
• Proven experience leading AI-related projects in HR contexts.
• Excellent knowledge of AI technologies and their HR applications.
