Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP Finance A2R product area under minimal supervision.
• Translate roadmap features into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs for GL, financial close, consolidation, and reporting.
• Partner with finance, analytics, engineering, and design teams to define and deliver A2R solutions.
• Analyze configuration, experimentation, and testing procedures to resolve A2R issues.
• Document testing/analysis outcomes and recommend courses of action.
• Refine design and research to standardize and scale A2R services.
• Examine technical reports and defect logs to improve A2R outcomes and performance.
• Coordinate release planning, testing cycles, and defect resolution with platform/support teams.
• Ensure A2R solutions comply with technical, quality, security, and financial standards, including SOX.

About the Role:

Zinnov is hiring for the role of Professional, Finance ERP (A2R) on behalf of our Global MNC MedTech client company where technology sits at the center of everything: powering how the core business operates day to day and shaping the products and digital solutions that will define the future of patient care.

This role is part of the company's establishment of their new India Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bengaluru, in partnership with Zinnov a global management consulting and strategy advisory firm that has helped establish and transform 220+ Global Capability Centers (GCCs), enabling 250,000+ professionals to drive innovation for the world's leading enterprises.

This position works closely with IT, Cybersecurity, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and business stakeholders in a highly regulated environment. It represents an opportunity to help build out a critical security function from the early stages of the India GCC, and is best suited for professionals with strong privacy, audit, and risk management experience who can contribute to secure and compliant technology delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver SAP Finance A2R product area under minimal supervision
• Translate A2R product roadmap features into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs for GL, financial close, consolidation, and reporting
• Partner with finance business partners, analytics, engineering, and design teams to define and deliver A2R solutions
• Analyze configuration, experimentation, and testing procedures to resolve A2R issues
• Document testing/analysis outcomes and recommend courses of action
• Refine design and research to standardize and scale A2R services
• Examine technical reports and defect logs to improve A2R outcomes and performance
• Coordinate release planning, testing cycles, and defect resolution with platform/support teams
• Ensure A2R solutions comply with technical, quality, security, and financial standards, including SOX

Required Skills:

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Account-to-Report solutions (FI/GL, financial close, consolidation, reporting) using SAP ECC (FICO) and S/4 Finance
• Experience translating business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specs
• Understanding of core financial processes and controls (month-end close, SOX)
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred:

• Relevant SAP finance or Agile product certification
• Experience with SAP Group Reporting, Kyriba Payments and Treasury, Vertex, Paymetric, Signavio, or AI solutions
• Experience supporting ERP separations, migrations, or S/4HANA implementations
• Experience with cross-functional finance and procurement stakeholders

• Certifications (preferred): SAP ECC and S/4 Finance certifications
