Zinnov Management Consulting seeks a Technology Manager, Finance Applications (O2C) to join the Bengaluru GCC for a global MedTech client. This role centers on SAP ECC/S4HANA O2C, with emphasis on credit, billing, and revenue processes that span continents.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, lead multi‑year implementations, and drive digital transformation in a regulated manufacturing environment to support millions of patients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, CS or related field.
• MBA, CA/CPA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years hands-on SAP O2C experience (ECC/S/4HANA) with SD.
• Experience delivering credit management, pricing, billing, invoicing integrations.
• Strong financial reporting knowledge (sales, revenue, margins, inventory).

Responsibilities

• Lead global SAP O2C initiatives and large-scale deployments.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into tech solutions.
• Manage priorities and delivery in a matrixed, global organization.

Zinnov is hiring for the role of Technology Manager, Finance Applications (O2C) on behalf of our Global MNC MedTech client company a company where technology sits at the centre of everything: powering how the core business operates day to day and shaping the products and digital solutions that will define the future of patient care. This role is part of the companys establishment of their new India Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bengaluru which will drive enterprise technology, digital transformation and innovation for its global operations and contributing to technology that ultimately helps millions of people around the world.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field required.
• MBA, CA/CPA, or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Skills Required:

• 8+ years of hands‑on knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA Order-to-Cash, including but not limited to SD.
• Proven experience delivering credit management, pricing, billing, and invoicing integrations.
• Strong understanding of commercial and financial reporting (sales, revenue, margin, open orders, inventory).
• Demonstrated ability to partner with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience leading projects, managing priorities, and delivering results in a global, matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

• Experience designing and delivering large, global S/4HANA Order-to-Cash implementations; Revenue Recognition; APO, GATP, GTS, EDI, Vertex.
• Experience in medical device, life sciences, or highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience delivering AI‑enabled solutions that drive quantifiable ROI and business value.
• Prior experience managing or mentoring team members.
