Job summary

Zinnov Management Consulting is seeking a Technology Professional, Finance Apps (FP&A) to support a Global MedTech client in Bengaluru. The role is part of a new India Global Capability Centre focusing on enterprise technology, digital transformation, and FP&A solutions.

You will design, develop, test, and deliver FP&A applications using SAP SAC Planning, Anaplan, and Oracle to enable accurate forecasting, budgeting, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FP&A applications design, development, and delivery across SAP SAC Planning, Anaplan, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Ability to analyze financial and operational data and support reporting/insights generation.
• Effective communication with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with SAP ECC/S/4 would be a plus.
• Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Zinnov is hiring for the role of Technology Professional, Finance Apps (FP&A) on behalf of a Global MNC MedTech client a company where technology sits at the center of everything: powering how the core business operates day to day and shaping the products and digital solutions that will define the future of patient care.

What you'll do:
This role is a Functional and Technology subject matter expert responsible for designing, developing, testing, and delivering technology solutions (using products such as SAP SAC, Anaplan, Oracle) for FP&A. Working under minimal supervision, this role has hands-on experience planning, designing, and building Finance Planning and Analytics (FP&A) applications, enabling accurate forecasting, financial visibility, and data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver applications used for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial stakeholders to translate business needs into product requirements for enterprise forecasting, budget, and actuals planning/reporting
• Implement FP&A applications supporting forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting while meeting critical separation-related objectives
• Ensure solutions support accurate forecasting, budgeting, cost management, and performance reporting
• Ensure solutions meet financial control, compliance, and data governance requirements while enabling agility and scalability
• Develop and enhance dashboards, reports, and data models to support business decision-making
• Identify system/data issues and trends, and recommend improvements based on analysis
• Ensure data integrity, standardization, and consistency across financial systems and tools

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of relevant experience planning, designing, and delivering FP&A applications with leading planning platforms such as SAP SAC Planning, Anaplan, Oracle, or analogous tools
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Ability to analyze financial and operational data and support reporting/insights generation
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
• Effective communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Experience with SAP ECC and S/4 enterprise source systems
• Ability to work under guidance in a structured, fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
• Knowledge of financial modeling and variance analysis
• Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Understanding of data management, integration, and automation
• Experience supporting global finance stakeholders
• Experience in a company divestiture and separation scenario
