Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle in Navi Mumbai is seeking a seasoned Facilities Manager for an on-site role. You will oversee daily client activities, implement building procedures, and drive performance improvements across the facility.

The position requires a SCEM certification, 6–8 years of facilities management experience, strong contract and budget oversight, vendor management and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years experience in facilities management or related fields.
• Working knowledge of occupational safety.
• Exposure to life sciences environment.
• Solid background in contract management, budget supervision, customer service and stakeholder engagement.

• Six to eight years’ experience in facilities management or related fields.
• A SCEM certification, a working knowledge of occupational safety, and exposure to life sciences environment.
• Solid background in contract management, budget supervision, customer service, and stakeholder engagement.
• Highly analytical, goal‑oriented manager with expertise in health and safety requirements, vendor management, and property technical systems management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
